Today is film actor Kurt Russell’s birthday.
A veteran actor who’s appeared mainly in action films, Russell is well-known for playing Snake Plissken in Escape from New York and Escape from LA, Stuntman Mike in Deathproof, and Colonel Jack O’Neil in Stargate.
Russell’s other credits include Vanilla Sky, 3000 miles to Graceland, and most recently, this spring’s Furious 7. Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, Russell turns 64 today. Happy Birthday, Kurt Russell.
